Meet Andrew Bruce, Regional Manager - Kelowna Region, Melcor Lakeside Inc. 

Andrew is in charge of the operations and development of Melcor's Black Mountain Golf Nature  Community as well as Melcor's McKinley Development.  Andrew has recently joined Melcor in September 2011 after a successful career as Senior Project Manager at MMM Group, formerly Site 360 in Kelowna.  

Prior to joining MMM Group, Andrew spent 14 years  with the City of Kelowna Planning Department as Manager of Development Services where he was responsible for Land use Planning and Policies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Urban Development Institute - BC Interior Chapter,  Habitat for Humanity, Kelowna, Project Build Society , Kelowna and as Provisional Member, Planning Institute of British Columbia. Andrew graduated with his B.A. geography from University of Western Ontario. He also holds  certificates for Dale Carnegie Human Resources, Project Management Process, UBC and Land Use Design Course from University of Alberta.

Born and raised in Kelowna Andrew and his family happily live in Kelowna, BC where they have immersed themselves into the community and take advantage of all the wonderful work, play and living opportunities.
