COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
The Commercial Development team is a collaboration between the Property Development and Investment Property Divisions of Melcor Developments Ltd. The mandate of the Property Development Division is to develop high quality retail, office and industrial revenue-producing properties to create asset appreciation and deliver stable long-term returns. This Division acquires commercial sites from the Community Development Division and develops those sites into revenue-producing properties, often working hand-in-hand with major retailers to assist in large commercial land sales on behalf of the Community Development Division. Once the development and initial leasing is completed, these assets are transferred to the Investment Property Division where they are held and managed.
