SPRINGTIME AT MELCOR'S BLACK MOUNTAIN

The fragrance of the fruit blossoms drifts through the orchards throughout the Valley but especially in the Rutland bench area. 

Excellent fishing in Okanagan Lake and the many smaller surrounding lakes makes spring a good time of the year to test your prowess at landing a tasty Lake Trout or Kokanee. 

Hike or horseback ride on a mountain trail and catch the fragrance of Ponderosa pines and see the many different wildlife species which inhabit the area.

Field sports, including soccer, football, baseball, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, lawn bowling and riding are popular activities in the Black Mountain region, especially in the neighboring Rutland area.

Golf?  Well if not at Black Mountain, then at one of the 18 quality golf courses in the Kelowna region.
